Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing might take an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

2. Shipping Regions & Methods

We ship across India (and optionally internationally—adjust as per your operations).

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
      • Standard Shipping via Delhivery
      • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination
      • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999/-

  • International Shipping (if applicable):
      • Shipped via FedEx
      • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country & customs clearance
      • Buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs, taxes, or charges levied by the destination country

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat/tiered shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, weight & dimensions of items.

  • Free shipping applies to orders above ₹3999/- for domestic customers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track your package with the tracking number provided via the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost / Damaged Orders

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, mutilated, broken, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and immediately notify us.

  • If your order is lost in transit or delivery fails, we will assist in filing claims with the courier.

  • In case of confirmed damage or loss, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, subject to investigation.

6. Address & Delivery Corrections

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (street, building, landmark, postal code, contact number).

  • If you request a change or correction to the shipping address after order confirmation, we cannot always guarantee the change (especially if the package has already been dispatched).

  • Additional fees may apply for address corrections or rerouting.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Hysu Nails is not responsible for any customs import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are borne by the customer.

  • Customs may delay your shipment—we have no control over that.

8. Signature Requirement

  • For security and proof of delivery, many shipments require a signature at the time of delivery.

  • If you are not present to sign, the courier may leave a card or attempt re-delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
