1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the item (if applicable), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days , and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund (where applicable).
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
